Episode 1: Corus Hotel Buffet

FOR the month of Ramadan, Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur is offering an extensive sumptuous buffet spread featuring special dishes exclusively prepared by celebrity Chef Ismail.

The buffet will feature more than 90 authentic traditional Kampung favourites from various states at the hotel´s Dondang Sayang Coffee House.

Chef Ismail known for his Malay Heritage cuisine will put his special touch to dishes like nasi kerabu ulam, gulai daging darat and lompat tikam, all specially-picked recipes titled Delicious Malay Cuisine.

Other highlights of the buffet and live-cooking stalls include ikan bakar Pak Raja, rendang kambing serai, ayam kasturi, keledek masak lemak pucuk manis and kerabu belimbing buluh dengan ikan, and a whole Barbecued Lamb marinated with the chef´s signature sauces.

For desserts, there is a wide variety of traditional Malay delights such kuih lompang, cara berlauk, Cek Mek Molek, to name a few.The Ramadan buffet at Dondang Sayang Coffee House is priced at RM85++ for adult and RM42.50++ for children.

There is a 50 per cent discount on the normal buffet price from Aug 11 to 15 and from Sept 6 to 9, and 20 per cent discount on normal buffet price from Aug 16 to Sept 5.

A buffet Sahur is also available at the hotel priced at RM44++ for adult and RM22++ for children.

Nak berbuka ngan family masing2, semuanya kejauhan... family aku pulak keja, sabtu nie baru berbuka bersama mereka. Kami pun plan tuk cari buffet yg sedap dan berpatutan. Pilihan kami di Corus hotel. Makanan kat sana, perghhhhhh byk nyer!!! mkn sampai habis!!!!! kah3. Berpatutan yer sbb ada potongan 50% tuk minggu pertama puasa nie.. So digalakkan semua pergi... RM48 je la sorang. Makanlah sampai pecah perot. weeeee:)

Laksa adalah FAV aku.. selepas penat mkn nasi yg penuh, lauk pauk yg byk laksa adalah pilihan ke2 selepas berhenti rehat, isap rokok jap... hahahahah....puas hatilah. Aku klu makan, perghhh boleh tahan la, wlpun tangki kecik, tp yg masuk melimpah ruak. wawawa.. konsepnyer bole g buffet lagik!!!

Owhhh hantu segala makanan.... Melahap ketam selagik boleh, hentam kambing selagik mampu, telan ayam selagik ada, kunyah daging sehabis daya!! itulah AMAL FAHTI. Semua yg dihidang pasti akan habes!!! Bertapa perkasanya perot amal... tahan segala yg ditelan... tak taulah klu jumpa halle berry bau yg bagaimana bakal terhasil... satu bangunan bau kot! wa3. Apa2 pun x rugi bawak amal g buffet.

Si Merlin pulak, ambik je lebih, makannya....selonggok tak habes. kahkahkah.. kuah kacang melebihi nasi.. hebat tul dia makan sate. heheheheh..chumel. Paper pun seronok sgt berbuka bersama2 mereka.... Yeahhhhh... Jelajah ramadhan aku hari nie akan singgah ke Pasar ramadhan Setiawangsa. Wooooooo,seronoknyer!!!!!
